Tamdeen Group has announced the commencement of construction works for its new development, The Farm Kuwait, a landmark project introducing a distinctive concept that enriches the retail, dining and leisure landscape in the State of Kuwait. The construction contract has been awarded to Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Co., one of Kuwait’s leading contractors with extensive experiencein delivering major urban developments. The total investment value of the project is estimated at approximately KD 40 million.

The Farm Kuwait has been thoughtfully designed as an integrated destination that brings together retail outlets and entertainment facilities within a harmonious environment catering to the diverse needs of the community. The project is strategically located in Sabah Al Salem, along the Fahaheel Expressway, adjacent to the residential towers of Tamdeen Square and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences, both developed by Tamdeen Group.

The development aligns with Tamdeen Group’s long-term strategic vision to create high-quality urban destinations that elevate lifestyle standards by offering integrated experiences centered on convenience, accessibility, and community engagement. Construction is expectedto be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
