Kuwait, 18 April, 2007: Madinat Al-Fahaheel, managed by Tamdeen Shopping Centre Development, is hosting the first Kuwait International Boats & Yachts Exhibition at Al Kout Yachting club from 21st -25th of April, brought to Kuwait by Dubai-based Knotika Holding Co.

Proving to be the perfect location for such large exhibition, Al Kout Yachting club at Fahaheel Waterfront Al-Kout, provides numerous services and an ideal display location and facilities and 5-star marina services. The state-of-the-art Al Kout Yachting Club is available only for selective owners, catering for over 140 private boats and yachts. Throughout the exhibition, over 80 boats and yachts will be exhibited at Al-Kout’s North and South Piers as well as the picturesque main fountain which will display over 50 medium sized boats and other water sport related equipments.

Organized by Knotika Holding Co., this exhibition, a first of its kind in Kuwait, is bringing the largest international names in boat and yacht manufacturers. As one of the largest establishments in the nautical sector, Knotica has attracted numerous high-caliber sponsors such as Dubai based company-The Palm with the support of the project's developer -Nakheel, as a platinum sponsor, and Kuwait Airways as a golden sponsor in addition to over 70 other local and international sponsors, some of which are the largest names in water sport equipment sand services business.

Due to the high demand for such exhibition, Tamdeen SCD found it an ideal opportunity to help increase tourism traffic in Kuwait, which will eventually have a positive economical impact on the Kuwaiti market as a whole.
