Kuwait October 11, 2007: EuroMoney Magazine recently awarded TAMDEEN REAL ESTATE Company as the ‘Best Developer’ in the State of Kuwait for the year 2007. Announced at a special celebration held in London, the award was based on the outcome of an extensive survey, conducted exclusively for Liquid Real Estate EuroMoney Magazine, long considered among the most important and prominent international magazines specialized in the financial and property sectors. The prestigious poll relied on research and investigation covering various categories of developers in the real estate sector, well-known consultants, and financial and investment institutions in 50 countries worldwide over a twelve-month period.

TAMDEEN had also previously been awarded ‘Best Retail Property Real Estate Developer in Kuwait’ in 2005 by the EuroMoney Magazine.

Liquid Real Estate EuroMoney Magazine grants these awards to pay tribute to real estate companies distinguished for their talented contributions toward advancing the property sector.
In appreciation for the company’s role in Kuwait’s urban development, TAMDEEN also received a ‘Distinction Award’ from the American Concrete Institute, Kuwait Branch, for Al-Manshar Complex and Towers, as well as the ‘Pioneer Award’ for constructing the Fahaheel Water Front Project - Al-Kout. These honors were awarded during the 6th Conference for Private Sector’s Role in Development and Infrastructure Projects (BOT 2007).
