TAMDEEN INVESTMENT Company’s main activities primarily focus on three areas: Direct Investments, Corporate Finance & Consultancy Services and Asset Management.

a) Direct Investments:

TAMDEEN INVESTMENT has established a strong Direct Investment division which is focused on delivering professional services according to international best practice solutions. Through investments in the financial, energy and real estate sectors, TAMDEEN INVESTMENT Company has been able to create substantial value to its shareholders.

The Company has developed a targeted investment strategy and has already identified key sectors and relevant investments that will help it to achieve its objectives. An integral component of this strategy includes sector risk analysis and investment due diligence prior to establishment in order to ensure diversification and minimum risk.

b) Corporate Finance and Consultancy Services:

Mergers and Acquisitions:
Provide guidance and advice in every aspect of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and restructurings, in order to maximize benefits and minimize risks to clients.

Due Diligence:
Investigate companies that are subject to potential acquisitions, sale, or mergers and providing reports to management based on the findings.

Private Placement and Underwriting:
Arrange private placement for any new innovative projects. Our access to fund sources is direct which shows in our ability to execute the private placement transaction smoothly and quickly.

Company/Asset Valuations:
Carry out valuation of assets, divisions and companies along with appraisal of any major capital investment decision. In addition, providing support to clients to help them identify strategic acquisition and/or disposal targets.

Project Financing:
Advice and assist on raising finance, either equity or debt, project structured financing, and the preparation of strategic business plans.

c) Asset Management:

TAMDEEN INVESTMENT Company is also active in the Asset Management field where the company offers an array of services, including custodial and trading services both locally and internationally.

Private Placement Arrangement and underwriting of TAMDEEN SHOPPING CENTERS Company's Capital increase from KD 30 million to KD 50 million. The transaction involves issuing 200 million new shares at 100 fils per share.

Private Placement Arrangment & underwriting of TAMDEEN SHOPPING CENTERS Company's capital increase for KD 50 million to KD 100 million. The transact involves issuing 500 million new shar at 130 Fils per share.

2. Al-Adiyat International Real Estate Company (AIREC):
Private Placement Arrangement and underwriting of AIREC's Capital increase from KD 5 million to KD 26 million. The transaction involves issuing 210 million new shares at 100 fils per share.

3. TAMDEEN ENTERTAINMENT Company (TEC):
Private Placement Arrangement and underwriting of TEC's Capital increase from KD 1 million to KD 6 million. The transaction involves issuing 50 million new shares at 100 fils per share.

4. British Industries for Printing and Packaging (BIPP):
