Conceptualized by Tamdeen SCD along with Eric Kuhne and Associates, the Mall of Kuwait will be an iconic shopping and leisure destination that will turn into a cultural hub for Kuwait.
The crucial location of the project between the two main highways, linking Kuwait city to the South, will create easy access to the project from all parts of Kuwait.
With a gross leasable area of 150,000 square meters and four-to-five planned anchor stores, the landmark mall will present to visitors an unparalleled shopping experience and the best of specialty retailing and the massive hypermarket at the lower ground level will service the community of over half a million people in the trade area.
The Mall of Kuwait will feature a wide array of mid-market to upscale brands and cater to the diverse needs of a young, affluent and sophisticated Kuwaiti consumer. The state-of-the-art mall will also have large scale entertainment areas specially created with a unique mix of entertainment uses, several of them new to the market. And dining options will exist in an environment very different from those currently available.
